That is statistically insignificant. And further proof that widespread voter fraud is a myth. The conservative Heritage Foundation agrees.
Assume 10 million votes in the last 15 years (Several elections, but not everyone votes).
For fun, let's round up the 85 bad votes to 90.
90/10 million is an accuracy rate of 0.99991%, which happens to be just over 5.7 Sigma, which is dammed good.
(6 Sigma is 3.4 errors/million.)
If cars were built that well, mechanics would be out of business.
