I owned a 1964 Galaxie with the 390 4bbl engine back in 1971. I bought it cheap, cleaned it up, detailed it and put on a matching set of tires to flip it for a good profit. It got 11 mpg coasting down hill with a tail wind but gas was cheap so many people didn't care about mileage. .

1969 Pontiac GTO ram air III. Oh wait I had that car in the mid to late 70s.

Make it a 1973 Pontiac Formula SD-455 .
