Net's, not the Nicks. Brooklyn has cleared cap space for two supermax contracts. KD and Kyrie.
Kyrie is a cancer. There is a rumor he's going to go to the Lakers and play with Lebron again.
Makes you wonder what KD is thinking.
I know, he has an option to stay with Golden State for 13 million and not play a game...... :nesaitpas:
The player option is 31.5 million. His GS supermax contract is 5 years 220 million. If he goes to another team they can only pay him for 4 years. And let's not forget that he's going to get paid for doing nothing but rehab next year.

There's an interesting rumor that he takes the GS contract, and GS dumps the year. Curry, Green, and Thompson play limited minutes while the bench gets developed. Then they come back the next year with a great draft picks and fully loaded.
Sounds good........
Hard to turn down 44 million a year to rehab... and, unlike the NFL, that 220 is guaranteed.
He turned it down.
Nolax will catch-up eventually......
He turned down his $31 million dollar player option. That's not the supermax. Free agency doesn't begin until Sunday, June 30th.
Junior will catch up eventually...

I guess the Rockets beat-up the Warriors enough to let the Raptors Win...funny how that chit works.....
Props to Toronto. They played the game they needed to play. Injuries are part of the game, and the Warriors couldn't overcome them. Toronto had none.
I heard today on ESPN that KD might go to the Knicks......Why would he do that, in your opinion....

Call me crazy, but I think KD might have played his last game in the NBA.....

I'm not sure, as of now, the repaired kd is worth a supermax contract......
