Transferred to secondary fermenter yesterday. Dry-hopped with one ounce Amarillo hops. Placed the Amarillo in a small muslin bag with a couple sterile glass marbles so the hops bag sinks below the surface. Probably doesn't matter but wth.
The Amarillo is a little risky because it can be overpowering but it worked OK last batch of IPA I made
