She says she mistook her daughter for a stray dog.
The bullet killed her daughter.

I am reminded of the conservative Texas mother who shot her two daughters because she wanted her husband to "suffer".

Thanks for making my point. If those daughters had been armed, they'd be alive. The US needs a federal law requiring everyone to carry.
