A teenage girl who ran away from a group home to be with an older man is facing charges for allegedly bludgeoning the man’s mother to death with a rock after giving him an ultimatum to kill her himself.

Mom should have been carrying.

You're the liberal here, you believe in firearms for everyone, no matter how untrained, unsafe, or mentally unstable.

On the lesser side of the scale, over and over and over again untrained fools accidentally keep shooting themselves and maiming themselves because they don't know what they're doing, at worst:
The rampage killings speak for themselves.

Your country needs constitutional changes to implement red flag laws, mandatory training and testing, and a licence system with the possibility of revocation. If someone develops mental illnesses, the authorities need to be able to step in and disarm.

The words "shall not be infringed" need deleting from the US constituion if you want to reduce the risk of rampage massacres.

In other words, authoritarian changes are needed to be made to the very liberal US constitution.

We don't need to change the Constitution to implement red flag laws. It looks like the SCOTUS is about to restrict the 2nd Amendment.
