I was sent a picture on email, and would like to post it, so I need someone to walk me through how to do it step by step!!

The OTHER way to post a pic is to reference it through it's url. As has been described to you, and which evidently worked, you can right click a picture and save it to your computer. When you right click the picture you can also Copy Image URL.

For example, if you were on the a time.com page, http://time.com/4008762/stock-market/, and wanted to grab the picture at the bottom of the page, you can right-click on it and select Copy image URL. That looks like this.

The you click the Insert Images icon on your AIBAFS page:

Between the tags, paste the url. The string will look something like this (without the addition "/" that I placed in the img tag so you could see the string and not the grapic:
