Anybody else getting pop-ups ?????

Sounds like someone needs better Spyware protection.

I think I recommended Malwarebytes in the PM reply I sent. I run Comodo Cleaning Essentials from time to time also

I use Webroot secure anywhere and have never had a problem.

I'm not getting those... and with an advert for PC Repair, I think I'd run a malware scan immediately...
