Was the nailhead one of the aluminum block V8s?

The aluminum engine Buick built was only 215 cubic inches and only installed in the Skylark for a couple of years. GM never did master the art of plating the cylinder walls of aluminum blocks but Rover bought the Buick plans and used the small V-8 for many years.

my dad had a Wildcat for a short while and that damn thing was a rocket sled. dad had a big heavy foot in those days
