I didn't attend, BushApologisto. They flew commercial, didn't they?
Nothing like setting a positive example. Maybe they don’t know about video conferencing. At least their carbon footprint is smaller than Al Gore’s.
Teleconferencing doesn't work well with large groups and it's tough to do one for a couple of days at a time.
Actual science is best done in smaller groups. This is more of a vacation / Political junket. This is seriously hypocritical IMO.
Actual science is done in smaller groups. Sharing findings is best when it reaches more people rather than less. It's both really. Getting on a plane that's already going somewhere does nothing to add to the problem. Besides, no one is saying that we all must emit no carbon at all.
Wow! Tee-chee mee mooooooo!!!!!

Nice selfie, BushApologisto.
Oh, but when President Trump said he wiped out Isis, he meant that he got EVERY one of them?
I don't recall him saying he did. I remember you say they are "gone" though.

Climate scientists with large carbon footprints lack credibility. So who decides how much carbon we can emit and where it can be emitted ?
How large are their carbon footprints? As with anything, society makes that decision. Some societies are already making their decisions and moving on without us.
So if we decide not to follow that’s our business.
Of course. You forgot to answer my question.
If they fly frequently and they live in nice houses and have nice cars , which most of them do, much larger than yours and mine and most of the public.
LOL You have no idea how frequently they all fly, what their homes look like, what they drive, or how big my home is. Not to mention, size is irrelevant to the carbon footprint. Funny post though, Chucky. Good satire.
High disposable income that those with administrative or university leadership roles inevitably leads to high consumption and a high carbon footprint. This is just common sense.

Climate scientists are not generally known as being wealthy. You make too many assumptions, but it makes for good satire.
