It's designed to withstand burglars, not fire.
The video demonstrates how strong it is though.

Yes I used to sell Fire King fire-resistant file cabinets. They have ratings.
B4st4rds are heavy as a mother, too. I still have one of the very expensive hand carts we utilized to move those beasts

My friend has a similar cabinet under his stairs with a lot of classic rifles in. He has a BSA .300 Sherwood rifle in it which is really accurate and has enough power to fell a deer.
He also has a .223 of some sort (I haven't seen that rifle) and his Remington 700 in .308 which he shoots long range targets with.
We have some very good gun clubs in the UK.
