"... most of our fellow posters think the USA is a "Christian" nation...."

if it's not a Christian nation it means you heathens took the groceries

If it is a Christian nation it blows away your claim that it is not a Christian nation :rofl1:

Today the local Tesco restocked with toilet roll.
By this evening, the panic buyers had bought the lot, again, despite being restricted to two packs each.

I despair.
I think I posted this previously, but just prior to this deal blowing up in the news, I bought one o' them big steamer trunk-sized bundles of toilet paper, so we still have a good supply. I also stay in at least 3 hotels a week, so I always take the extra roll. That helps

I pay more than $100 for those rooms. Nothing fancy but all the amenities are included

I've actually emailed my MP about this matter as Andrex is appearing on ebay with an incredible markup.

Look at this for example.
https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Andrex-Soft- ... Swdppec1lw

£21 ?

Should be £2.50.

These parasites want locking up.

Holy crow.

I'd use leaves before I pay that amount.

I just now noticed a post in my neighborhood site in which a guy says he has about 100 rolls and will divide into 10 roll lots for about $10/lot. Not too bad. he is in a huge home so I doubt this is a money-making venture for him
