Yet another senior Democrat loses to a socialist. Now where do you think mainstream Democrats are going to turn?

I'm not sure how you could draw that conclusion, but whatever.

I am suggesting that political tectonics are happening. The Democratic Party continues to shift left after eight years of Obama's helmsmanship, and the Democrat Party continues to abandon the center as a result of Trump pushing it to the fringes as more and more of his populist policies take root.

I am also surprised by how many Americans seem to be buying in to the new Democrat socialism platform. What I do not know is how many are doing so because they are attracted to socialism, and how many are doing it due to Trump hatred. Therefore I am curious to see how many Democrats will follow the party into socialism and how many will feel abandoned and split off to join Republicans and Trump.

Because you often post support for the establishment when it suits you. In between you babble about the establishment and "derp" state. Then you come out to support the establishment pick of Kavanaugh. A long time political operative, "derp" state, establishment guy.

that's just his liberal tactic, of projecting.

the "mainstream" dems will deny, deny, deny.............and then many if not most, will "suddenly" be all for it.

And what makes Ayanna Pressley a socialist? She doesn't self-identify as such. I don't see anything in her campaign that would indicate she's a socialist.

Perhaps you should do your own research: "Is Obama a socialist - qa.answers.com
qa.answers.com › … › US Presidents › Barack Obama
Even though the term Socialist can be used in various fashions we can definitely assert Barack Obama is a socialist, largely from his history, his influences, his statements and his deeds. He shares many views in the political spectrum of socialism which lends much credence that the man is indeed a socialist."
