Hazardous food issues and maintenance issues are things you'd expect at the local Loyal Order of Street Level Bag Men club not a $200,000 a year "exclusive" club, Cletus.

It doesnt cost 200k a year, silly. Thats a one-time initiation fee. After that a member pays 14k/yr

How long does it take to replace a walk-in cooler compressor? Yes not fixing it endangers everyone who eats food stored in that walk-in.

Move the food to another cooler. You can rent a refrigerated box truck for 500-600 bucks a week with a ramp or liftgate and interior box lighting. Store the food in there.

If anybody can post a story involving foodborne illness at MarAL I'm all ears

Why wasn't that done as soon as it was discovered there was a problem ? Why wait until the violations were piled up?
