Whilst it is a biological fact, if a biological male wants his man bits surgically removed, and being made into a replica female, and is sufficiently mature enough and informed enough of what is involved, and has enough money to go private, that person has every right to pay for surgery.
I do not believe in supplying that surgery on the NHS.
The NHS exists to fight cancer, heart disease etcetera not provide cosmetic surgery.
