Didn't BBC tell the world Israel was purposely starving the people of Gaza?

Quoting BBC coverage:
• Biden told Benjamin Netanyahu US support for Israel on "addressing civilian harm" and "humanitarian suffering" in Gaza
• Biden told Netanyahu the strike and "overall humanitarian situation" in Gaza are "unacceptable", the White House says
• Due to the strike, aid groups have paused operations, increasing concerns about starvation in the north of the Strip
• BBC's Gaza correspondent Rushdi Abualouf says residents there are living in tragic, near-famine conditions
• UK government is under pressure to suspend arms sales to Israel - more than 600 legal experts have written to PM Rishi Sunak saying exports must end

In addition to the misinformation published by BBC:
• The IPC claimed 1.1 million people – nearly half the population of Gaza – face “catastrophic food insecurity” and warned that if hostilities continue, northern Gaza would face famine.
• EU's "high representative" for foreign affairs and security policy, blamed Israel, claiming Israel uses “starvation is used as a weapon of war and was intentionally provoking famine.”
• U.S. officials unveiled a United Nations ceasefire resolution citing "famine" conditions in Gaza

However, data tells a different story.
• 290,000 tons of food and beverages have been delivered to Gaza since October.
• Full distribution of those supplies would deliver about 1.82 pounds of food daily for each of the 2 million people in Gaza (145 kg per person, during 175 days of war)

So the questions:

• Where does the U.S. "intelligence community" get its information about ground conditions in Gaza?
• Theoretically, BBC's Gaza correspondent Rushdi Abualouf is on the ground in Gaza, is he lying about conditions there?
• The White House is threatening Israel with withdrawing support, presumably based "intelligence" provided by CIA, how reliable is this civilian agency?
• Where is MI6 getting its "intelligence"?
• Where does IPC get it's information to level its claims against Israel?
• Where is EU's "high representative" for foreign affairs getting his "intelligence" to so confidently level damning claims against Israel?
• Where does United Nations get its "intelligence"?

If the data of nearly 300 tons of food delivered to Gaza is true, and the video in this tweet below is accurate, who is responsible for all of the entities listed above seemingly operating as a single unit?
