It's dependent on the results of the trials, once they're over if he's not gone to prison, you win, once they're over if he does go to prison, I win.
As you've seen recently his "Presidential Immunity" is gone, he's appealing, but if his appeal fails, he goes to trial for more charges.

He's done very serious things, tried to overthrow a democratic election result.
Incited a riot and got one of his followers killed.
Stole classified documents coinciding with a major leak of information that resulted in CIA agents being killed.

Just stop a moment and pretend Biden is the one facing all the charges Trump is facing, it won't be a short process, there's lots and lots of evidence.

This is a very serious matter and it transcends the usual Punch and Judy partisan nonsense.
