Rinse, spin, repeat... Is that the best you can do? Those are the numbers from the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021. Those are the amounts allocated. Whether or not a state has received them is irrelevant. And it points to the disingenuous nature of the moonie's article. Why are they cherry-picking the numbers? Unless of course, it makes them look foolish.

You are hilarious. Why don't you apply the same standards to the moonies? Did they prove that the money was delivered? Nope. Their numbers are based on allocations, not deliveries.

If the money is allocated, at some point, it will be delivered. Have all of the stimulus checks been distributed? No. But the money is allocated and is being delivered. Again, whether or not it's delivered is irrelevant. True, a state could refuse the money, and I don't see any that have announced they're refusing the money.

Back to the original point. The moonies were cherry-picking the numbers. I'll use your logic. If don't know if the states have received the money then the moonies are lying. In either case, the numbers the moonies were using, whether received or not,
